We are happy to announce Fazenda Nova will open in June with a new "Rent the Entire Villa" option.

Fazenda Nova Country House is a luxury boutique Manor House that has been faithfully restored and renovated to adapt to modern living. One of the last original Grand Houses of the Algarve if not Portugal.  There are fifteen bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, set in stunning landscaped grounds.  Featured in US Vogue and described by Monocle Magazine as ‘Achingly Cool’. Fazenda Nova is often used as a location for Fashion and Magazine shoots.

The house boasts two large lounges with polished concrete floors, fireplaces, dining area, extra bathrooms, bar and a vinyl library. Stepping outside there is an outdoor dining area, a man-made beach complete with daybeds and Volleyball net next to a saltwater swimming pool, petanca area, an orchard and vegetable gardens and sea views.

The house sits in the middle 10 hectares of land, surrounded by Olive trees hundreds of years old. Originally a working farm estate there are olive trees, carobs and almonds. High-quality Olive Oil is still produced today and available for guests.

Located close to Faro, with stunning beaches in proximity (8 minutes by car) 20 minutes from Tavira and the resorts of Quinta Do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

- A personal chef can be booked in advance for your whole or part of your stay
- Shopping service – a welcome basket is provided.  Should you wish to have your full shopping booked in advance please let us know and we can organise this for you
- Cleaning Service – cleaners are included in the price and we will clean the rooms and areas every third day, bed linen will be changed every third day
- Beach towels are provided
- Car hire can be booked with us
- Personal transfers from the airport also available
- Concierge service – booking boat trips, restaurants, golf, horse riding, kite surfing, in-room massages

Booking Policy

deposits & payments

to confirm your booking at fazenda nova we require a 50% non refundable deposit.

payments for deposits are accepted by bank transfer.  on departure payment can be made by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, debit card or cash.

children & extra beds

the property is suitable for children over the age of 6, extra beds are charged at 50e per night. babies cots are charged at 10e per night. this needs to be arranged with us prior to arrival.  there is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

minimum & maximum stay

the minimum stay is 2 nights , during the month of august the minimum stay is 5 nights.

check in

Check in is between 2pm - 10.30pm. Later check in's incur a supplement and are by prior arrangement only.

Check out is by 11am. 

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non refundable.

If a cancellation is made with 21 days notice, the deposit can be rolled over to use for alternative dates. 

For cancellations made between 20 to 14 days notice 75% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For cancellations made between 13 to 8 days notice 85% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For bookings cancelled with less than 8 days notice or 'no shows' the full amount of the stay is payable.

This policy has been modified as at 08.05.2016 and is applicable for all bookings made on or after this date.
