Day 1 – Arrival to Fazenda Nova Country House. Sleep in a Garden Suite.

Day 2 – After breakfast, Fish Tour in Ria Formosa (early morning). Enjoy a boat trip in Ria Formosa and get to know one of the most important activities in Algarve. Together with the fisherman, you will caught some fish that then will be used in the preparation of your meal. This is a great experience in a traditional “Traineira” (4h fishing tour with a picnic to go). Lunch is included (drinks are not included). Sleep in a Garden Suite.

Day 3 – In the morning, experience a visit to the Olival with Olive Oil Tasting with an explanation of the history behind this farm house. In the end, you can taste the typical bread from Algarve with the fantastic olive oil produced in Fazenda Nova. Bottle of Fazenda Nova Olive oil included. Followed by a picnic in the Olival with regional products served in the “olival” with a traditional basket (bottle of Portuguese wine included). We will settle a rustic table in a nice spot in the Olival to enjoy the picnic. Free afternoon. Sleep in a Garden Suite.

Day 4 – Food Tour in Olhão from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Visit the historic fishing village of Olhão. Learn about the history of Olhão. Come and taste some of the best and fresh products from our Mediterranean diet at authentic "tascas" and restaurants and visit the local market. You will be walking through unbelievably narrow alleys, quaint little squares full of stories to unravel, and falling in love with the iconic whitewashed traditional houses. Sense the daily life of Olhão, one of the most genuine towns in the whole of Portugal. This is a group tour for up to 4 people and includes 10 food tastings + 3 beverage tastings + 3 monuments entrances. Sleep in a Garden Suite.

Day 5 – Free day to enjoy the beach or swimming pool. Today, dinner is included in Fazenda (drinks not included). Sleep in a Garden Suite.

Day 6 – After breakfast, end of the tour.
