Visit unspoilt islands, pick your own conquilhas on the beach, taste some of the finest olive oil and see how its produced, taste some of the best seafood and fish you can find in Portugal, learn how to bake Portuguese bread and pasteis de nata all under the guidance of Celia.

2 nights accomodation, all meals, cookery demonstrations, and transfers to & from Faro airport.

Booking Policy

deposits & payments

to confirm your booking at fazenda nova we require a 50% non refundable deposit.

payments for deposits are accepted by bank transfer.  on departure payment can be made by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, debit card or cash.

children & extra beds

the property is suitable for children over the age of 6, extra beds are charged at 50e per night. babies cots are charged at 10e per night. this needs to be arranged with us prior to arrival.  there is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

minimum & maximum stay

the minimum stay is 2 nights , during the month of august the minimum stay is 5 nights.

check in

Check in is between 2pm - 10.30pm. Later check in's incur a supplement and are by prior arrangement only.

Check out is by 11am. 

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non refundable.

If a cancellation is made with 21 days notice, the deposit can be rolled over to use for alternative dates. 

For cancellations made between 20 to 14 days notice 75% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For cancellations made between 13 to 8 days notice 85% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For bookings cancelled with less than 8 days notice or 'no shows' the full amount of the stay is payable.

This policy has been modified as at 08.05.2016 and is applicable for all bookings made on or after this date.
